With the 2021 half of the season officially arriving, the most recent update for the state rankings have been introduced with a couple of surprising updates and solid performers working their way up the list. In the following weeks, the 2022 and 2023 list will be released as well showcasing a lot of great talent across the state. The class of 2021 is stacked with a lot of high level athletes. Continue reading for a look at a few players that truly made leaps during this ranking.

#23: Taden KingTadenKing6'4" | PGMadison | 2021StateID, Madison: Taden made a big leap into the top 25 this season after having a really strong start to the 2020-21 season. So far, King has been an offensive machine, and is using his shot making ability to help make the Bobcats a team to beat in the east. King has a great jumpshot and an incredible overall feel for the game.

#10: Lukas BroadswordLukasBroadsword6'6" | PFCentennial | 2021StateID, Centennial: Broadsword was able to creep into the top 10 overall position, and the number one Power Forward in the state in the class of 2021. Broadsword has had a solid 2020-21 season and will look to continue building on his post presence on the offensive and defensive end as conference play will begin shortly in the 5A SIC.
