Daniel Akitoby 6’9 ‘21
Akitoby was able to convert chances on the offensive end. His length and size allow him to take up space and collect rebounds. If you let him open on the perimeter you will regret it the big man shoots it well for his size from behind the arc.
Jeremiah Bembry 6’6 ‘22
Bembry showed his ability to convert tough shots. Jeremiah is very crafty and attacks the rim well. Since he goes into contact quite often he spends a fair amount of time at the foul line. His length makes it easy for him to cover a fair amount of ground of the defensive end.
Bernie Blunt III 6’1 ‘21
Blunt continuously shows his great command of the game on either end of the floor. He was able to make a living at the foul line. Blunt is a regular on the floor, he has a nose for collecting 50/50 balls. Blunt’s game isn’t the flashiest but he fills the stat sheet up.
AJ Burnett 6’7 ‘21
Burnett showed dominance on the low block by getting great positioning and converting often from inside the paint. AJ made the most of his chances from the free-throw line. He also knocked down a shot from behind the arc.

Jainlett tends to be in the correct spots at the correct times which allowed him to score a few easy buckets during the series. He also converted his fair share of chances from the foul line. Jainlett does a successful job of filling the lanes in the transition of the game.
Ali Ragab 7’1 ‘22
Ragab who has a monstrous presence in the front-court showed his ability to swat opposing shots when they entered the paint. He also was able to convert inside a handful of times. Ragab has some reliable moves on the block when playing with his back to the rim.
Rodney Sawyer 6’7 ‘21
Sawyer again showed his ability to glide through the lane and create his own offense effortlessly. Rodney also uses his blend of speed and athleticism to read passing lanes and either pressure the ball handler or come up with a steal.
Maurice “Deuce” Walker II 6’5 ‘22
Walker who brings great size to the lead guard spot provided a great spark in game one offensively in the later stretches of the game. Walker has a solid build and long arms which can slow down passing lanes.

Brian Blanchet 6’0 ‘23
Blanchet who is an assertive defender flies around the floor and sticks to his man like glue. He showed great maturity walling up around the rim. Blanchet was also able to score the ball from three and get to the foul line. Blanchet provides a great spark for Phelps.

Beniwal who is known for his range from deep also has a great feel for the game and doesn’t get fazed by the moment. He made the extra pass often and was in the right places on the floor. When shots weren’t falling in the first game he stayed engaged and waited for his turn to step up.
Jon Desir 6’2 ‘21
Desir stepped up big hitting a few crucial shots to shift the momentum of the game for Phelps. Desir also showed he could attack downhill and draw fouls which lead him to the free-throw line.

Kelley showed his ability to be a table-setter and let the game come to him. He was able to allude to opposing defenders downhill when attacking to the rim. Kelley also showed the ability to play unselfish and share the love offensively with his teammates. Kelley also made hustle plays often in ways such as crashing the glass or stepping up and taking a charge.
Isaiah Miranda 7’0 ‘23
Miranda’s presence was felt on both sides of the ball. On the defensive end, he was able to blitz ball screens and alter shots when the opposition was attacking the rim. Miranda was able to show that you need to respect him when he playing out on the perimeter with his ability to convert on shots from out there.
Alasan Njie-Morgan 6’4 ‘24
Njie-Morgan was able to come in off the bench and provide a great spark of offense. He cashed in a few looks from three and was assertive in running the floor and getting rewarded for it. Njie-Morgan is comfortable playing off the ball and knows the right places to be on the floor. His best basketball is still ahead of him.
Caelin Peters 6’3 ‘21 (Connecticut College)
Peters does whatever is needed on his part to win games. He’ll find the open man, create opportunities for others and pick up full court defensively. His role has differed since he was playing high school ball last year but he still makes his impact on the game without scoring the ball in high volume.
Jackson Piotrowski 6’6 ‘21 (U-Chicago)
Piotrowski was capable of making plays on either end of the floor in the series. He leads the series in three-point field goals made. His motor stood out. Piotrowski showed toughness on the defensive end and which allowed him to guard an array of players Rocktop put on the floor.
Logan Shanahan 6’8 ‘21 (Emory)
Shanahan was able to hit shots from behind the arc, in addition to finish downhill inside the paint. Shanahan is also no stranger to making unselfish plays to help give his team an advantage to help win. He held his ground well when guarding Rocktop’s post players down low.
