Check out our Rankings By The Numbers for the class of 2021 as well:
#1
Emoni Bates (SF, Ypsi Prep)
The top spot seems fairly obvious with Emoni Bates. He’s widely considered the top prospect in the country regardless of class and has committed to Tom Izzo and Michigan State.
#10
Jack Karasinski Jack Karasinski 6'5" | SF Grand Rapids Catholic Central | 2022 State MI (SF, Grand Rapids Catholic Central)
Karasinski is a pretty good steal at the number 10 spot. He’s a next level talent coming off the wing. Karasinski can score at all 3 levels. He recognizes and takes good shots, scoring off the catch and the dribble.
#20
Delrecco Gillespie Delrecco Gillespie 6'7" | PF East Coweta | 2022 State GA (PF, Benton Harbor)
Gillespie had a big summer and fall, culminating it at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250 Expo. He showed some big time toughness and soft hands in the paint. Gillespie has a nice mid range touch as well.
#50
Phil Ragan Iii Phil Ragan Iii 6'2" | CG University Of Detroit Jesuit And Academy | 2022 State MI (CG, UD Jesuit)
Ragan III is definitely more talented than a number 50 ranking. The tools are there for him to have a big senior season and continue that at the next level. Ragan III is a key part of one of the deepest and most talented backcourts in the state.
#100
Tony Williams Tony Williams 5'6" | PG Parchment | 2022 State MI (PG, Parchment)
I’ve always been a fan of this young man’s game. He does an outstanding job of manufacturing buckets from the point position. If his team is in a grind, Williams can put it on his shoulders and score.
#125
Ben Spahn Ben Spahn 5'11" | PG Divine Child | 2022 State MI (PF, Divine Child)
Spahn could be a really valuable prospect for a coach at the next level. He’s strong and physical in the paint and plays the game with an edge.
#150
Aaron Waldron Aaron Waldron 6'2" | SG Detroit King | 2022 State MI (SG, Detroit King)
Waldron can and should rise in the rankings a loot from this number. He’s easily a top 100 talent and I think he’ll show that when high school season starts.
#209
Wells Walker III Wells Walker III 5'9" | PG Godwin Heights | 2022 State MI (CG, Godwin Heights)
I’m really looking forward to seeing what Walker III does this season. He could be part of a VERY solid backcourt at Godwin Heights. Walker III can play on or off the ball which will make him extremely valuable and effective this season.
