Each team plays each other twice. The fan base of these schools is plain crazy. Here are 6 players who are ready for the next level.
Donovan Dellarosa. 6”7. 2021. St. John the Baptist HS
A rim protector. Really good post defender. Rebounds well in traffic. Clears the glass and keeps possessions alive with his toughness. Working on his footwork in the post. Getting a lot of D3 interests.
Don Mays. 6”6. 2021. St. Dominic’s HS
Bigger player with a good handle. Gets to the lane and finishes. Can step out and shoot it. Excellent rebounder. Could add some strength. Would be a good get for a D3 program.
Collin Mullin. 6”5. 2021. St. John the Baptist HS
Also getting a lot of D3 looks. Can really shoot the ball. Will sacrifice his body for the team… taking charges. Screens real well and could be used in pick and pop sets. Good rebounder. Improving with his handle which will let him take advantage of his shooting ability.
Ryan Wade. 6”3 2021. St. Dominic’s HS
A player still growing. Strong with the ball. Has improved his game in every way. Really good upside. Finishes through contact. Some D3 schools have checked in.
Cooper Francis. 6”2. 2021. Chaminade. HS
Old school type player. Plays a complete game. Does all the small things to get you a win .Then you realize he also led you in scoring. Guards multiple positions. Good shooter. Will guard the bigger player a lot of the times because of his competitiveness. Has improved on his decision making. D2 or D3 high academic schools would be a good match.
Jared Weakly Jared Weakly 6'6" | PG Holy Trinity | 2021 State NY . 6”6. 2021. Holy Trinity HS
Probably hurt the most by not having a summer season or a late start to his senior season. On a very talented team last year he averaged 11ppg. 6 rpg and 2.5 blocks a game. He was the third option. Going into this season he was going to be option #1. A tremendously skilled player. Long and very athletic. Great shot blocker. Good shooter with a good handle. Excellent passer as well. Might be the best of this group of players. A scholarship type player. Should be on the radar of D 2 programs .
