Grovers vs Skyhawks

Coming into tonight’s game Our Redeemer’s was 1-1 on the young season. This was Shiloh Christian’s first game of the season. It was a fast-paced game throughout. Both teams did not shoot a great percentage in the first half, but they did pick it up in the second half. Full-court pressure was the name of the game for both teams on D to start. This led to an up and down game. It was not very sloppy, but there were a few turnovers. Each team went on their own mini-run in the first quarter and knocked down a few 3’s. To end the first quarter Shiloh led 26 -25. The second quarter was more of the same. It was fast and intense with an entertaining flow to watch. Shiloh led at half 26-25.

The second half started with the Knights running a very nice backdoor set for a wide-open layup to Zach HendricksonZachHendrickson6'0" | SGOur Redeemer's | 2022StateND. The second half was more physical and fouls increased, but the teams were better on offense. Our Redeemer’s had a big third quarter on the O-end scoring 24 points. At the end of the third quarter, they were up 49-45. Shiloh continued to press throughout
