This past weekend was the final weekend for the Hoops 2.0 Showcase and there were quite a few players who stood out.

With the high school basketball regular season temporarily on hold, various grassroots events have stepped in to take its place, and here's a quick look at a few players who have used that time to improve and showcase their game.

1. Trevor Williams - Serra(Gardena) 2021

Williams is a very good long range shooter. He has unlimited range and a quick release. He moves well without the ball to get himself open from three. Loves to shoot the corner three ball. He's comfortable shooting when he's open or with a defender rushing at him. He can pull-up for three in transition too. He doesn't always need a pass to get off a good look, he's comfortable creating for himself.

2. Elali McNair - St. John Bosco 2021

McNair is a very good hustle player who plays with a ton of energy. He's very scrappy and tough defensively. He moves his feet well and applies strong pressure to the ball-handler. He also picks up defensively in the backcourt. He's not particularly tall, but he can crash the boards and
