6’4 G David Katoa David Katoa 6'4" | CG Layton | 2024 State #255 Nation UT , Real Salt Lake Academy
David has really improved a lot since we last saw him in the fall. David has also grown a few inches since then as well. David is a 10 PPG, 5 RPG, 2 APG & 2 SPG producer. What makes this even more impressive is that he is only a freshman that is really bolstering his stock in that loaded Class of 2024 Class. David gets up and down the floor and is learning how to play at a high level at a fast pace. He is getting great reps that have given him opportunities to be successful. He is a player that will be on the radar for years to come. David impacts the game on both ends of the floor.
6’7 W Jake Wahlin Jake Wahlin 6'8" | SF Timpview | 2021 State #150 Nation UT , Timpview High School
It seems as you haven’t heard much of Jake this year and well, he is doing all the little things. Not only is he scoring the basketball he is rebounding and stuffing the stat sheets. His consistent play is not going unnoticed.
6’6 W Jackson Holcombe Jackson Holcombe 6'6" | CG Timpanogos | 2021 State UT , Timpanogos High School
Jackson is having that year we expected him to have. Putting up 20 points a game and he is just that player that can be placed anywhere on the floor and be effective. He went for 20, 12 and 11 against Murray to notch himself a triple double. Jackson is a steal at the next level, especially for those D2 schools looking for an immediate impact player.
6’3 W Keegan Phung, Woods Cross High School
Keegan has been a surprise talent out of Woods Cross. He is a player that got almost zero minutes last season but is now starting to shine for the Wildcats. He has some young running mates but he is really taking charge with his aggressive and strong basketball play in the mid-post and the perimeter as he can really bully has way into the paint. He is another guard that can really rebound and play at a high level at both ends of the floor.
6’6 SF Justin Rogers, Tooele High School
Justin had himself a bounce back game as he netted 32 points in a loosing effort but Justin can really play. He has an outside game but he is so effective inside. Justin would be a huge get for an NWAC school that can really use his versatile play.
6’5 W Aiden Oliphant, Cottonwood High School
Aiden has had some consistent play putting up 15 PPG and about 6 rebounds as well. Cottonwood has some young talented players. Aiden had an excellent year last season and this year he is off to a good start. He is a player to keep an eye on, moving forward.
