One of the best bigs in the country is Liberty Heights 7 footer Jonas Aidoo Jonas Aidoo 7'0" | C Liberty Heights | 2021 State #89 Nation NC who has seen his stock rise in a major way! He finished with a double/double of 19 Points & 17 Rebounds which helped his squad to secure the win. He’s set to make his college choice tomorrow, with ACC, SEC and Big East schools all on his top 10 list.
The Burlington School Guard Jamarii Thomas Jamarii Thomas 6'1" | PG The Burlington School | 2021 State NC has been a player that has stepped up in just about every matchup he has had over the past few months. Their game against Liberty Heights was no different, he went for a game high of 30 Points and although his team came up short, he continued to make his case as one of the top players in the state.
They say records are made to broken and that’s exactly what happen on Tuesday at Durham Academy. Senior Guard Cole Sinclair Cole Sinclair 6'1" | PG Winston-Salem Christian | 2022 State NC broke the All-Time school scoring record in their matchup with South Wake and now has over 1,145 points for his career. For the season he’s off to a great start, averaging 23 Points & 4 Rebounds per game.
Liberty Heights Junior Guard Elijah Jamison Elijah Jamison 6'3" | PG Liberty Heights | 2022 State #204 Nation NC is another player that has continued to prove himself over the last few months as a player that can not only score but also rebound, defend and facilitate. Jamison finished with 22 Points & 6 Rebounds to help secure the win over The Burlington School.
Fayetteville Christian Senior Guard Tomas Stevens team didn’t play on Tuesday night but we have to take a moment to recognize the performance he put together over the weekend against High Point Christian. He dropped 23 Points, pulled down 7 Rebounds and dished out 4 Assist for his team. Although they came up short, he has been playing at a very high level so far this season, averaging 18 Points & 6 Rebounds a night.
