Class of 2024 “On My Radar” Part One
By now in a regular season many of these freshman standout players would have made their varsity premieres and would be turning heads for playing at a high level at such a young age.
But during this delayed and far from normal season, basketball coaches, scouts, and fans are left to wonder what type of impact these class of 2024 prospects would be having.
After speaking with coaches, traveling to out of state tourneys, looking at video, and communicating with our out of state Prephoop scouts, I am ready to share part one of my class of 2024 players that have popped onto my radar.
I’m not saying each of these freshmen players would all be playing big varsity minutes this year, but I am excited to watch and report on their development.
Luvens Valcin 6-3 Wing Auburn (Rotary)
Valcin is an extremely bouncy and strong lefty that will hit a three and then get a dunk on the next play. I have heard him referred to as “Baby Zion” because of his sturdy frame and crazy jumping ability. At
