Class 5A – Region 6 – UNDERCLASSMEN

Class 5A-Region 6 has plenty of UNDERCLASSMEN who will see plenty of minutes on the hardwood this coming season. Very coachable player.  Carlton Terry JrCarltonTerry Jr5'10" | CGConway | 2022StateSC. (2022) - Conway HS  Terry Jr is the Quarterback on the football team for his father. Terry Jr a combo guard likes to play fast and get out and run in up-tempo. Trey McManusTreyMcManus6'0" | CGSocastee | 2022StateSC (2022) - Socastee HS  McManus is a new name on the Grand Strand after transferring in from Boiling Springs HS in the Upstate.  Joseph DurantJosephDurant5'10" | PGSumter | 2022StateSC (2022) - Sumter HS  Durant a point guard just finished football for the Gamecocks. Durant keeps the ball on a string at times.  Leslie OwensLeslieOwens6'4" | SFSumter | 2022StateSC (2022) - Sumter HS  Owens is a very versatile player who can play multiple positions on the floor. Owens had a good summer on the Grassroots Circuit with PSB.  Nakeem IsaacNakeemIsaac6'3" | CGSumter | 2022StateSC (2022) - Sumter HS  Isaac likes to overpower players to the cup with his size and determination. Isaac can play-inside-out on the floor for the Gamecocks and Head Coach Bryan Brown.  Mikah NelsonMikahNelson6'5" | SFCarolina Forest | 2022StateSC (2022) - Carolina Forest HS  Nelson a combo forward had his ups and downs last year for the Panthers. Nelson needs to more consistent with his play this season. Jamarious WoodberryJamariousWoodberry6'0" | CGConway | 2023StateSC (2023) - Conway HS  Woodberry saw action last season as a freshman for the Tigers. Woodberry is part of the future of Tigers basketball for Head Coach Mike Hopkins. Jasaan FaulknerJasaanFaulkner5'9" | PGSt James | 2024StateSC (2024) - St James HS (Murrells Inlet) Faulkner has seen plenty of playing time for the Sharks already this season as a freshman. Faulkner will be a name to remember going down the road.  Devin GraingerDevinGrainger6'0" | CGConway | 2024SC (2024) - Conway HS  Grainger a left-handed guard has seen good minutes this season already for the Tigers. Grainger a athletic slashing guard also excels on the football field. Grainger is a dynamite 2 sport athlete.
