Pennsylvania is back in the swing of things when it comes to high school boys basketball as the 2020/21 season has been going on now for a few weeks.

A sense of normalcy has come across the state and competition is as intense as ever, with some of the best talent across the country playing the Keystone State.

Prep Hoops has been on top of coverage throughout Pennsylvania and this article continues a multi-part series where PH is taking a look at junior standouts in the Mid-Penn Conference.

Christian Wilburn, PG Central Dauphin: Wilburn is an interesting player to watch this season for Central Dauphin, starting with his defense. He averaged 1.8 steals per game in 2019/20, a defensive stalwart for the Rams with a knack for creating havoc and turnovers. He plays with a high basketball IQ and he can speed up or slow down the game at his leisure it seems on offense, something that doesn’t show on the stat sheet. He plays with a strong sense of confidence, and that rubs off on his shooting. Wilburn can shoot it from anywhere on the floor and if he gets open, he’s pulling the trigger and knocking it down.
