#24 | Barry Evans Barry Evans 6'7" | SF Poly | 2021 State MD | Baltimore Poly
Evans was among the top rebounders in Howard County last season. The Oakland Mills transfer is good for 8-10 rebounds from the wing position on a given night. At 6-foot-7, Evans has good positional size along with the coordination and hands to consistently secure the ball in traffic.
#26 | Garfield Turner Garfield Turner 6'7" | C Mt. Zion Prep | 2021 State MD | Mt. Zion Prep
Turner is a workhorse in the paint who embraces physicality. He’s always putting his body on someone and collects defensive rebounds in bunches as a result. Turner also tends to generate frequent second chance opportunities on the offensive glass because of his effort.
#31 | Bobby Hill Bobby Hill 6'5" | PF Reservoir | 2021 State MD | Reservoir
We’ve seen Hill come up with outrageous rebounds from out of his area time and time again. He is absolutely tough as nails. Hill has consistently shown that he will run through a brick wall for his team, especially if there’s a loose ball on the other side of that wall.
#38 | Clarence Obiajulu Clarence Obiajulu 6'7" | C National Christian | 2021 State MD | National Christian
Obiajulu is a powerhouse in the paint who is always making his presence felt. He moves bodies with relative ease and reacts quicker than most to a 50/50 ball coming off the boards.
#44 | Cam Smith Cam Smith 6'7" | PF Loyola | 2021 State MD | Loyola Blakefield
Smith is a terrific leaper who excels at corralling the ball at the high point when it comes off the rim. He plays with maximum effort at all times and this often leads to offensive rebounds in bunches.
#59 | Kevin Kalu Kevin Kalu 6'10" | C Mt. Carmel | 2021 State MD | Mt. Carmel
Shake Kalu’s hand, and you’ll get a sense of how strong his grip is. Now imagine him securing a basketball with both hands after scooping it off the boards. You have to feel for the rock at that point. The point is, Kalu is an imposing paint presence who controls the glass each time he hits the floor.
