Charlie Wolfgram – Neenah – 2021: His fingerprints were everywhere on Tuesday night. The Neenah guard hit two threes in the first half and played with poise when finishing in the lane. Wolfgram controlled the defensive end, too, covering passing lanes and grabbing boards. Finished with 18 points.
Parker Lawrence Parker Lawrence 6'0" | PG Hortonville | 2021 State WI – Hortonville – 2021: Big year for Lawrence statistically. He didn’t post his typical numbers on Tuesday but was still a handful for Neenah’s defense. He’s a quick, electric player, and he sparked momentum in transition and made sharp moves when he found openings. Also, hit a few impressive looks from outside.
TJ Payne – Hortonville – 2021: A tough, aggressive guard that shined in transition. Made the right play on every fastbreak, whether it was dishing to a teammate or finishing through contact.
Tanner Resch Tanner Resch 6'0" | PG Hamilton | 2021 State WI – Sussex Hamilton – 2021: Resch is asserting himself as one of the better seniors in the state this season. He dropped 49 points on Tuesday, a school record, which follows a slew of big games in his previous weeks. Resch is a high-motor player, ultra-skilled in the lane, and a natural shooter. Division two schools should be lining up out of the door to offer him.
Carter Brown – Whitewater – 2021: The guard has an effortless handle and savvy scoring style. Isolated for his best buckets on Tuesday against East Troy, and shot mostly mid-range looks.
Ryan Nixon – East Troy – 2021: Nixon caught my eye right away. He started the game attacking the rim relentlessly. Despite being defended by a seven-footer, he took on the challenge of driving, ending up drawing lots of contact. He started to see a few buckets fall, too. Made a slick pull-up in the lane and had a reverse under the hoop.
Greg Galloway Greg Galloway 6'2" | SF Oconomowoc | 2022 State WI – Oconomowoc – 2022: A physical, two-way guard that’s an underrated player. He was the alpha at all times, confident in his ability on the perimeter and skilled in the post. He has a nice physical element to his game, too.
Jake Fisher – Oconomowoc – 2022: Part of a nice junior duo. A bigger guard that can really handle the ball. Made some sharp passes in the games I watched. Averages 3.5 assists per game along with 20.5 points.
Mason Dorn Mason Dorn 6'1" | SG Seymour | 2021 State WI – Seymour – 2021: It’s impossible to ignore Dorn’s production. Although he’s not playing in a premier division, his skill set should appeal to any scout. He can shoot from deep and is a talented shot-maker, able to make tough looks seem routine. Has a solid frame too, as he’s gotten much bigger the past two years. Currently averaging 36.5 points per game.
