Team Forsyth & Bishop McGuinness Sophomore Rio O’Hale: One of the most productive/efficient players on the day, he doesn’t need the ball in his hands much to get the job done. The 6’5 Sophomore showed that his jumper from midrange is automatic and he has a soft touch that allows him to finish in the paint at a high rate.
Team Forsyth & East Forsyth HS Sophomore Guard Will Gray Will Gray 6'2" | CG East Forsyth | 2023 State NC : With all the buzz going to other C/O 2023 Guards, Gray has been in the background handling his business and proving himself. He’s a player with nice athletic ability as well as a solid overall IQ for the game. You can see that he already understands when to score and when to facilitate which is something that takes many guards a long time figure out.
Team Davidson & Thomasville HS Sophomore Guard Janhri Luckey: One of the younger/smaller players at the event, he held his own against older players and used his speed to his benefit. Overall we are excited about the potential he has to be a special player if he continues to work.
Team Surry/Stokes & North Surry HS Sophomore Jahreece Lynch Jahreece Lynch 6'2" | CG North Surry | 2023 State NC : A player that doesn’t mind playing the game in a physical manner which is pretty impressive for a player that his age. He’s a crafty ballhandler and showed the ability finish above the rim.
Team Guilford & Northwest Guilford Freshman Guard Jaylen Cross Jaylen Cross 6'4" | SG Caldwell Academy | 2025 State #168 Nation NC : He may be only a freshman in age, but the way he approaches the game and plays is far from how your typical freshman handles business. He plays the game with a nice amount of confidence, doesn’t settle for the outside shot and brings effort on the defensive end.
