Team Davidson & Central Davidson HS Guard Cory Casilac: He gets the job done below the the rim, using his strength to finish inside the paint through contact or knocking down the outside shot. Doesn’t allow himself to get rushed into anything and understands angles on the court.
Team Davidson & Ledford HS Guard Alex Reece: Any time you see a youngster pull up for a three on a fast break, you have to believe he’s a knock down shooter. That was exactly the case for Alex Reece, who found his shooting rhythm early on and kept it going throughout the day. He has good shooting form and doesn’t hesitate at all.
Team Guilford & Walter Page HS Wing Joshua Scovens Joshua Scovens 6'5" | SF Page | 2022 State NC : Checks off alot of the attributes that you want to see from a college Guard/Wing prospect. He’s about 6’5 with a long wingspan and a nice overall skillset, he can score it from multiple positions on the court and can defend guard as well as certain bigs.
Team Guilford & Northwest Guilford Guard Jackson Hartzell: One thing that we took away from watching him, is that can really shoot the ball at a high level. He plays the game on both ends of the floor on his toes which allows him to react quickly. He’s the type of player that you like to have on your squad because he brings effort on both ends of the floor.
Team Davie/Yadkin & Davie HS Guard Peyton Compton is a shooter! Once he steps past half-court he is pretty much in shooting range and doesn’t hesitate to let it fly. He doesn’t have much of an issue with getting his shot of against taller opponents and he also showcased some nice passing ability.
