Obviously the departure of current UNCG Wing Reggie Raynor Reggie Raynor 6'5" | SF Northwood Temple | 2020 State NC will be tough but they will look to get things done by committee.
Junior Guard Jaquantae Harris Jaquantae Harris 6'1" | PG Northwood Temple | 2022 State NC is back after having surgery in the offseason and will be one of the leaders of this team. He’s shown his ability to score the ball at a high level as well as making plays for teammates and getting after it on the defensive ends of the floor. Harris already holds multiple D1 offers and plenty of programs are showing interest, an outstanding showing this season could take his stock to the next level.
Junior Center Bradlee Wolf Bradlee Wolf 6'8" | C Northwood Temple Academy | 2023 NC is a new addition to the squad and will provide some size in the paint at 6’9. He’s still a raw prospect but he’s made strides with simply running the floor, rebounding and finishing inside the paint.
Senior Guard Emmanuel Sepulveda will be the leading facilitator for this squad for the most part and has the highest amount of varsity experience. His experience will be valuable as there is quite a bit of young talent that hasn’t necessarily experienced the grinds of the Sandhills Athletic Conference.
Freshman Guard Amare Bethel Amare Bethel 6'3" | PG Charlotte Country Day School | 2024 State NC didn’t see a ton of action last season but he’s made a nice amount of progress during the offseason and during grassroots season. Look for him to have a role on the team this season, stepping in to provide some scoring when needed.
Senior Forward Angel Dean is the enforcer that every team needs on their roster. He’s naturally strong and doesn’t mind mixing it up inside to do the dirty work for his squad. Whether he’s setting hard screens, battling for rebounds of diving for loose balls, he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.
