Marcus Fizer Jr Marcus Fizer Jr 6'6" | SG Phhoenix Prep | 2024 State AZ 6’4 SG Coronado (#4) – After a promising freshmen season cut down by nagging injuries, Fizer looks to revitalize his sophomore year with a fresh start. The wing sniper has transferred over to Coronado to team up with consensus National top 5 standout, Jaden Hardy Jaden Hardy 6'4" | CG Coronado | 2021 State #4 Nation NV , and Michigan commit Frankie Collins Frankie Collins 6'2" | PG Coronado | 2021 State #58 Nation NV . With defenses keying on Collins and Hardy, Fizer should see his share of open looks and when healthy he is one of the most consistent knockdown shooters in the state.
TJ Brown TJ Brown 5'10" | CG Las Vegas | 2023 NV 5’11 CG Las Vegas (#6) – Brown had a solid freshmen season, however, I expect even more this year. He impacts games with his defense, and paint touch getting ability. Brown teams with D1 prospect Taviontae Jackson to form one of the top backcourts in Las Vegas. Last year he was mostly counted on for defense. This year expect him to be one of the main scorers on the team.
Jaquavis Williford Jaquavis Williford 6'6" | SG Western | 2023 CA-S 6’4 SG Western (#13) – I expect Williford to have a major breakout season. He scores the ball from multiple levels, including behind the arc and at the rim in transition. He had an under the radar freshmen year and hasn’t played much during quarantine. When he does get back out there, I expect him to be one of the most productive players for Western.
Tylen Riley Tylen Riley 6'2" | CG Durango | 2023 State NV 6’0 Durango (#15) – Durango is loaded with talent, so Riley’s impact may not be felt in numbers alone. He’s a good glue guy, that defends well. After suiting up on the freshmen squad last year, I expect him to make 1 or two impact plays a game for the Varsity team.
TJ McTyer TJ McTyer 5'9" | PG Mojave | 2023 State NV 5’9 PG Mojave (#18) – McTyer burst on the scene this summer with his quick handles and heady play. He should go from unknown to becoming one of the key players for Mojave this season. The jitterbug PG is lightning quick and can burry shots from deep.
Jaiden Fisher Jaiden Fisher 5'10" | PG Desert Oasis | 2023 State NV 5’10 PG Desert Oasis (#20) (featured image) – FIsher played more of a defensive facilitator role as a freshman for DO. This year, I expect him to take on more of a scoring and playmaking role. It is definitely something he can do, Fisher has been working on his game tirelessly throughout the summer and has improved both his ballhandling and outside shooting.
