The 2A division features some of the most passionate fans and some talented players. After suffering 3 defeats to Incline during the regular season, West Wendover proved that the 4th time is a charm, getting the monkey off their back, defeating the Highlanders in last year’s title game. In this article, we look at the returning scoring leaders in the 2A division. 

Torak TT ValosekTorakTT Valosek6'3" | PGIncline | 2022StateNV 6’3 SG Incline 2022 (#22PHN 2022) - Valosek returns as one of the most accomplished players in 2A. The physical, downhill playing guard averaged 20ppg last season. 

Jake BevacquaJakeBevacqua5'10" | PGThe Meadows School | 2023StateNV 5’11 PG The Meadows School 2023 (#14PHN 2023) (featured image) - Bevacqua had an impressive freshmen season. When he was healthy he proved to be a good shooter and big-time scorer. He returns after averaging 19ppg last season. 

Cody ZileCodyZile6'4" | SFLincoln Co | 2021StateNV 6’3 PF Lincoln County 2021 (#78PHN 2021) - Zile is a multi-level scorer that had some big games last season. He went for 28 against Virgin Valley, 26 against Needles, and 28 against Laughlin in consecutive games. This led to Zile averaging over 18 per game in his junior season.
