Then, they have endless options to score at their disposal in Elijah Jamison Elijah Jamison 6'3" | PG Liberty Heights | 2022 State #204 Nation NC , PJ Edwards PJ Edwards 6'5" | CG Liberty Heights | 2021 State NC , Aidoo, Farah and others. Here’s a 2020-21 season preview with a look at some prospects to keep an eye on in the Liberty Heights rotation.
Elijah Jamison Elijah Jamison 6'3" | PG Liberty Heights | 2022 State #204 Nation NC | 6’3 Point Guard | 2022
Jamison is due for a boost in his recruitment in the Liberty Heights rotation as he moves to the point guard position. He’s already a solid downhill driver and playmaker and is slowly learning how to run the show with the ball in his hands full-time with weapons in Aidoo, Farah, Edwards and others.
PJ Edwards PJ Edwards 6'5" | CG Liberty Heights | 2021 State NC | 6’4 Guard | 2021
Edwards is a solid backcourt nightmare to have alongside Jamison, especially on the defensive end. He’s a wiry defender that can defend multiple positions and play either guard spot when needed. Look for his recruitment to grow with offers already from some mid-major schools.
Jonas Aidoo Jonas Aidoo 7'0" | C Liberty Heights | 2021 State #89 Nation NC | 7’0 Center/Forward | 2021
Aidoo has really grown over the summer months with Team Curry on the grassroots scene as an all-around threat on the floor at 7-foot. He joins a talented Liberty Heights rotation due to make waves in 2020-21 looking to add his skillset as a stretch-forward playmaker to the fold. He’s down to a final 10 of NC State, Miami, Marquette, South Carolina, Tennessee, Houston, Georgia, Providence, Kansas and Wake Forest.
Tee Bryan | 6’5 Forward/Wing | 2021
Bryan is a versatile prospect at 6-foot-5 that competes on both ends with his ability to force turnovers, rebound and finish in the paint. He’s got a relentless motor on the floor that’s hard not to notice and has an underrated ability to always find ways to make an impact on the floor. His name should grow in the rotation in 2020-21.
Isaac Farah Isaac Farah 6'9" | PF Liberty Heights | 2021 State NC | 6’9 Forward/Center | 2021
Farah is a forward prospect with a ton of game in his wheelhouse in the paint and on the perimeter. He’s another grassroots product that put together quite a summer with Team EAT as a rim runner and rim protector. He’s a mid-major prospect to watch.
Ryan Wohschlegel | 6’6 Wing/Guard | 2021
Wohschlegel is a wiry prospect with a ton of versatility given his length and size at 6-foot-6. He can defend multiple positions and makes his presence felt when he’s on the floor defending the ball. Offensively, he’s an underrated shooter due for a boost in his recruitment.
Jeremy Baker | 6’2 Point Guard | 2021
Baker is a backup lead guard with a ton of bulk and strength at his disposal, he plays physical on both ends and competes by making his opponents uncomfortable as a defender. He’s a prospect that programs in need of a gritty guard will want to watch.
Terrence Johnson | 6’5 Wing/Forward | 2021
Johnson is a bouncy forward that spent time at Moravian Prep in 2019-20. He joins the Liberty Heights rotation much more polished as a defender and runs the lanes well on the fastbreak, looking to make a highlight play at all times.
