5A has some solid prospects across the board. Which will make for a fun season with some good competition. Region 7 will be tough but so will Region 5. A lot of unknowns in Region 8. 

When it comes to teams that not only return some solid players from last years season, this year it seems as if Timpview has some players that have been there for longer than 4 years. Timpview has some solid returning pieces that will make them the favorite going into the season. With the absolute surge that Jake WahlinJakeWahlin6'8" | SFTimpview | 2021StateUT had this off-season I just can’t see him being placed on the blocks the entire game. The 6’7 W has been excellent out playing the guard position, so much so that he not only earned some tough Division 1 scholarship offers, but he has committed to BYU. Returning Coleman FordColemanFord5'10" | PGTimpview | 2021StateUT and Jaxon SantiagoJaxonSantiago6'0" | SGTimpview | 2021StateUT will be tough to deal with. They also have a young player James RustJamesRust6'4" | CGTimpview | 2023StateUT who could really give them an extra player that can score and defend.
