Cameron Fens Cameron Fens 7'0" | C Hempstead | 2022 State IA , 6’10 Dubuque Hempstead (2022) – Extremely agile 6’10 post player that can extend to three, but also commands the block with great feet and shoulders. Runs the floor well in transition with soft hands to finish above the rim. Great passer on the perimeter and from the paint to the open teammate. Very fundamental on the block, sealing defender in relation to where the ball is on the perimeter to increase the chances of scoring opportunities in the paint.
Jack Groeteke Jack Groeteke 6'9" | C Dowling Catholic | 2021 State IA , 6’10 Dowling Catholic (2021) – Moved well around the perimeter within the motion offense that stretched the defense that got them out of position. Alters shots on anything in the paint and rebounded well in his area.
Jackson Bowman, 6’7 Cedar Rapids Kennedy (2022) – Strong player on the block and great shot on the set shot three multiple times. Rebounded well in and out of his area well with quick kick outs to lead the break.
Kirby Schmitz, 6’5 Urbandale (2023) – Hustled in the broken court and great hands for a young post player. With good size body in the paint, Schmitz was wide on the catch which allowed him to score with touch around the rim. He also added in a few buckets off of second chance opportunities. Hit a couple of threes and sealed well on the block.
