Raising their stock as a prospect is a big goal for many of the athletes in attendance. There were many that did just that on Sunday at the Prep Hoops Top 250. We will look at some stock risers that I saw at the event.

Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo: 2024 MOP
Derek Bolton III (2022, 6-4, G, Detroit Cristo Rey)
Bolton is a lean athlete that can play on or off the ball. He seems to be a slippery scorer at heart.
Donald Davis (2021, 6-2, G, Bendle)
Davis is on pace to have a very impressive senior year. He’s so efficient with both his dribble and his shot, always recognizing good looks at the rim.
Delricco Gillespie (2022, 6-8, F, Benton Harbor)
Gillespie has big time potential. He can play outside-in or inside-out and was effective both ways at the Top 250. Gillespie was aggressive with his put backs as well.
George Hatchett George Hatchett 5'10" | CG Forest Hills Central | 2021 State MI (2021, 5-10, G, Forest Hills Northern)
Hatchett was impressive when I saw him play. He really plays hard and grinds on the court. Hatchett is probably under rated as an overall athlete as well.
Owen Hardy (2022, 6-8, F, Forest Hill Eastern)
Hardy turned heads on a few occasions at the showcase. He was even at times, dominant. Hardy is a talented junior with a big up side.
Christian Jordan (2021, 6-0, G, Bloomfield Hills)
Jordan left a message at the Top 250. He was a speedy perimeter player with strong ball skills and an accurate pass to cutters.
Charles Riley (2021, 6-4, G/F, L’Anse Creuse North)
Riley was really impressive during grassroots season and that continued on Sunday. Riley just seems to know how to get buckets. College coaches need to have him on their radar.
D’Angelo Stoxstill (2021, 6-6, F/G, Westland John Glenn)
Stoxstill is certainly a player to keep an eye on. He has good positional size to go with versatility on both ends. He appears to be more than ready to make a statement his senior season.
