Last season, Munyer helped lead the Lakeland Hawks and he will do so again this year as they shoot for a solid conference season and a run at the state tournament. Abe will look to increase his leadership and scoring roles in order to help the Hawks accomplish their goals. Continue reading for a breakdown of Abe’s skills and abilities from all angles.

Defense: Abe is a solid defender for the Hawks and matches up well with all players. At 6'4", Abe has long arms that he uses to stand in passing lanes or block shots. Against guards, his footwork is solid enough to keep guards from driving around him and he uses his length to deter guards from shooting over the top of him. Against post players, he likes to play behind before using his size and strength to push posts off the block and makes sure to contest any shot that is taken. Whether in the post or on the perimeter, Munyer is comfortable and confident and will get the job done no matter who he defends. As a rebounder, Abe attacks the glass
