Cool has a cool jumper, and his accuracy from long-range is promising. He has good mechanics and can fire off shots in the blink of an eye with stop-and-go handles, a feel for the game and great pace-of-play. Cool is cash from distance out of the pull-up, and he has good awareness to set himself up for the drive with the shot.
No. 15 — Jarreth Ingram Jarreth Ingram 6'4" | SF Noah | 2023 State OK | 6’5″ Homeschool PF |
A lanky, versatile athlete, Ingram is pretty intuitive on both ends and has some bounce to his game. The 6-foot-5-inch Tulsa NOAH stretch can hit shots from the wing, take the ball to the hole or post up opposing defenders with a diverse set of moves and quirks to score with the rock. Defensively, he does a great job of staying out of foul trouble while still protecting the rim effectively and keeping opposing slashers out away from the rack.
No. 16 — CJ Smith CJ Smith 6'7" | SF Putnam City North | 2023 State OK | 6’2″ Heritage Hall SG |
Smith has a great skill-set, including a diverse but conservative scoring attack, a mind tailored for the game and defensive upside. Though Smith is wired to score the basketball, he rarely took ill-advised shots or drives during his summer play, and was capable of distributing great down-court passes to teammates. Defensively, his length helped him in limiting opposing guards at the perimeter.
No. 18 — Garrett Redwine Garrett Redwine 6'1" | CG Tuttle | 2023 State OK | 5’11″ Tuttle CG |
Redwin’s game is pretty comprehensive; he has few weaknesses as a scorer. He can shoot the ball consistently, drive to the rim efficiently, has a catalog of finishing moves and a floater to ensure that he is always a step ahead of defenses. Though he does not have all of the stature in the world, he is effective defensively, utilizing a quirky style of play to gather charging fouls, grab sneaky steals from behind and more.
No. 20 — Kaysen Gipson Kaysen Gipson 5'10" | PG Edmond Santa Fe | 2023 State OK | 5’10″ Edmond Santa Fe PG |
Gipson is a spectacular rim-finisher, among other things. He has great hand-work, paired with vision around the rim and fearlessness on the drive, and he is almost guaranteed to convert on shots or draw a foul on most of his journeys to through the lane. He can score with either hand, and he also has a pretty good shot from the perimeter, helping him to draw defenders out.
