DaVares Whitaker DaVares Whitaker 6'0" | PG Sioux City East | 2022 IA (2022, 6-1 PG)
DaVares Whitaker DaVares Whitaker 6'0" | PG Sioux City East | 2022 IA is a transfer to Sioux City East from Nettleton HS in Arkansas and played with EYBL Woodz Elite. Whitaker showed great PG vision to create on and off the dribble. A consistent shooter from 3 pt. range and showed how he could explode past anyone to get into the paint to create or finish easily above the rim. A game-changer when he is on the floor offensively and defensively. Currently has an offer from Cleveland State.
Dom Drent (2021, 6-2 Combo Guard)
Dom averaged 18.8 PPG, 7.8 RPG, 3.4 APG at Le Sueur-Hendersen High School in Minnesota. Strong Combo guard that makes the smart fundamental play on offense and defensively is a hard-nosed player that did not get out of position. Offensively was crafty around the rim and a consistent 3 pt shooter.
Brandt VanDyke (2023, 6-7 SF)
As a freshman, Brandt averaged 3.3 PPG and 2.1 RPG, the lanky Sophmore has strong handles to finish above the rim and extend the defense to 3 pt. range. Offensively he has a soft touch to finish around the rim and showcased his ability to step outside and hit mid-range or three-point shots. His length and athletism will be a big impact this upcoming winter season for the Black Raiders.
