OFFERS
2021 Good Counsel/ DC Premier guard Day’sJuan Waters Day’sJuan Waters 6'3" | SF Good Counsel | 2021 State MD received an offer from Canisius. Waters, who checks in at No. 12 in our MD/DC 2021 player rankings, now holds three offers in total with the other two coming from East Tennessee State and Stony Brook. The 6-foot-4 guard is one of three players in our top 12 who remain undecided. It’ll be interesting to see if Canisius makes a strong push over the next few weeks.
2021 National Christian/Team Thrill point guard Ahmad Harrison Ahmad Harrison 6'1" | PG National Christian | 2022 MD received an offer from Arizona State. Harrison is coming off an impressive summer with an undefeated Team Thrill squad where he proved himself on both ends as a point guard. He now runs the show for National Christian and new head coach Kenny Johnson. Playing under Johnson should help Harrison attract more programs to the mix.
2022 Gonzaga/Team Takover point guard Devin Dinkins Devin Dinkins 5'10" | PG Gonzaga | 2022 State MD was offered by Virginia Tech. The 5-foot-9 point guard ranks as the No. 6 player in our 2022 player rankings and will be highly sought after by a a dozen high major programs before it’s all said and done. The Hokies join into the race as Georgetown and La Salle have made Dinkins a priority. Bryant, DePaul and Penn State have also offered Dinkins. Keep an eye on Providence, as Dinkins told me they’re contacting him regularly.
2022 Bishop Walsh/Team Thrill Mady Traore continues to become one of the hottest prospects in the his class. The 6-foot-10 forward received offers from Cleveland State, Illinois, LSU, Pittsburgh, USC and Wichita State over the last seven days. This is after a week of receiving offers from Arizona, Auburn, DePaul, Florida, Kansas, Seton Hall and Virginia Tech. Don’t expect the offers to stop anytime soon. Traore brings a skillset that is so valuable in today’s game for his size. He’s oozing with potential and that’s why so many power five programs aren’t hesitating to get involved.
