Isaac Turner (Nashville – 2022)
This wing has solid size at 6’2” for the off guard spot. Brings some projectability and isn’t afraid to take it to the rim. Used his athleticism to convert reverse layups and tough finishes. Mid-range game and is an active perimeter defender.
Wilson Lodge (Trico – 2022)
Lodge is a combo forward from Trico who stands at 6’5”. He was a major factor getting second chance points on the offensive glass throughout the event. Solid mobility being able to put it on the deck on occasion and hit a couple face up shots. Tough and productive kid.
Brayden Pals (Effingham – 2022)
Pals first jumped on our radar a year ago during the high school season. The 6’4” combo forward presents a solid skill level especially in the post. Feel for getting deep post position, sealing off his man, and scoring. Can handle it from 15 feet and in.
Jett Volpi (Effingham – 2022)
The Effingham point guard stands at 5’10” and is at his best when shooting it from deep as he hit three of them in the game we saw.
Justin King Justin King 6'4" | PG Mascoutah | 2022 State IL (Mascoutah – 2022)
King was the top prospect at the event. He was solid in the game we saw. The 6’4” lead guard brings excellent size, length, and athletic ability to the table. Slick ball handler that can get in the lane where he can either take it all the way to the cup or dish in the drive and kick game.
Rayzhaun Bardo Rayzhaun Bardo 5'11" | PG Marion | 2022 State IL (Marion – 2022)
Bardo is a 6’2” combo guard that has a strong frame. Can play on and off the ball. When he turns his shoulders and gets downhill he scores at a pretty good clip. Inconsistent jump shooter.
Saxton Hoepker (Nashville – 2022)
This Nashville 6’6” four man brings solid size and scoring pop to the table. Got to the rim with some consistency on strong takes from the mid-post area. He was good on the offensive glass for put backs and even hit a three.
More Notes
A couple of other 2022s that put up impressive scoring numbers during the event were Aydan Flint from Graves County who averaged 11.6 points per game. Another 2022 to track is Cobden 6’8” post Elliot Lowndes who averaged over 10 ppg in the event.
