Expo 250: Daniel’s Takes: Combo Guards

The Expo 250 showcased some of Kentucky’s best players. Players were looking to get exposure to collegiate coaches and evaluators. They came out displaying why they should be considered for college scholarships. Lets take a look at the top combo guards at the Expo 250.

Cade HiltCadeHilt5'11" | CGPaul Laurence Dunbar | 2022KY- 2022- Dunbar- The more and more I see Cade play, the more his game grows on me. Hilt has great athleticism and strength. His handles helps him get by defenders. His strength helps him takes bumps and shed defenders. If he gets a step on you...watch your head he is dunking it! Cade has the ability to finish with both hands around the basket. He can also make shots from the outside. At about 6’3" he will make a good combo guard at the next level. With his size and athleticism, I would like to see him transition into more of a point guard. If so he could really set his self apart from the pack in my opinion.

Christian Spaulding- 2022- Eastern HS- Christian is one the best in the 2022 class. He can get it done on both ends of the floor. Spaulding
