Their body types may suggest that they play just football, but they know how to maneuver their way around on the hardwood. Here is my Class of 2021 All Thick-Bodied Starting Five.
Starting Five

He plays the game with excellent pace and he has a high basketball IQ to go along with it.
Wing: Keyren Spiller Keyren Spiller 6'4" | SF Kansas City Central | 2021 State MO 6’4″ Center: A big-bodied wing who is one of the most versatile players in the state. He has solid playmaking skills with his ball handling and passer to go along with a very effective perimeter jumper. When he wants to go inside in the post, he has the skills and physical strength to get buckets.
Wing: Emmanuel McLemore Emmanuel McLemore 6'4" | SG Holt | 2021 State MO 6’4″ Wentzville Holt: A versatile combo forward-wing who had an excellent summer playing for the St. Louis Cobras Elite A.N.M. Forward: Donnie Ray Brown 6’7″ New Madrid Central: A strong 240-pounder who is one of the top shooting bigs in the state. He can really stretch out the defense with his 3-point shooting. He will also hit you with a jab step to create space to shoot his perimeter shot. He can also score in the post with his size and big body. He is also an elite passer with excellent vision and the ability to hit cutters with pinpoint passing.
Forward: Lucas Morrison Lucas Morrison 6'9" | PF Salem | 2021 State MO 6’9″ Salem: One of the biggest players in the state who checks in at about 280-pounds. When he asserts himself in the low post, people start moving around like furniture. He establishes great position in the paint and can catch and ball and score with his soft shooting touch around the basket.
