Purnell Swett 2021 Forward Logan Jacobs: Does all the small things that you want from a player on your squad at the Forward spot. He can shoot the deep ball which allows him to stretch a defense but also rebounds the ball well for a player that’s only about 6’4.
Terry Sanford Guard Walter Ghaffar Walter Ghaffar 6'3" | SG Cleveland | 2022 NC : An atheltic guard that can make plays on both ends of the floor, he’s a nice fit for a smaller school looking for a SG. We have seen him matchup with numerous guards that are college prospects and he held his own without much issue. A high academic student he’s going to be a player that will be an asset on and off the court.
EE Smith 2021 Guard Demetrius Polk: You can see that he’s put some time in on his game and body as he’s shown the ability to get into the paint and make plays. His three point shooting has improved but he doesn’t settle for the outside shot and plays within the flow of the offense.
Richmond County 2021 Guard PJ McLaughlin: The 9 Dime Fall League has been a great opportunity for us to get the chance to see him play at a high level and lead his team. His defense causes all type of issues for opponents and he understands how to convert turnovers into quick transition buckets.
Laney HS 2021 Guard Makoa Suriago: A player that can play both the SG & PG positions at a smaller school, he has the IQ to run a team and three point shooter ability to play off the ball. Each year he’s only gotten better which is a testament to how hard he works on his game in the offseason.
