Milos Uzan Milos Uzan 6'4" | PG Dream City Christian | 2022 State #60 Nation AZ 6’3 PG Desert Pines 2022 (#1PHN 2022) (featured image) – Can’t forget the top player on my class of 2022 big board. Uzan is the consummate floor general who gets his team the best shot down every time. An underrated shooter and athlete, he will definitely be one to watch this weekend.
Cameron Kimble Cameron Kimble 6'4" | SG Clark | 2021 State NV 6’4 SG Clark 2021 (#9PHN 2021) – Terrific Iso player with a sweet stroke. Kimble is definitely a prospect, what level he ends up will depend on his ability to defend his position and knockdown 3’s at a high clip. This weekend’s event is a perfect opportunity for him to display both.
Christian Martin Christian Martin 6'2" | SG Sierra Vista | 2022 State NV 6’3 SG Sierra Vista 2022 (#57PHN 2022) – Saw Martin a couple of weeks ago and he was solid. The 6’3 wing is good in transition and has a knack for finishing drives when going to his strong hand.
Semaj Threats Semaj Threats 5'10" | PG Desert Pines | 2021 State NV 5’9 PG Desert Pines 2021 (#24PHN 2021) – Threats is a Ball Hawk who loves to hound the ballhandler. An uber quick guard, Threats can get consistent paint touches as well as change the tempo of games with his speed. He’s also one of the top rebounding guards in the state.
Jo – Jo Garcia Jo – Jo Garcia 6'2" | SG Foothill | 2021 State NV 6’1 PG Foothill 2021 (#25PHN 2021) – Saw Jo-Jo quite a bit this summer and loved what I saw. Garcia is a good point guard that has just enough skills to be effective at both backcourt positions. A high IQ player with a terrific outside shooting stroke.
Elijah Johnson Elijah Johnson 5'10" | PG Durango | 2022 NV 5’10 PG Durango 2022 (#15PHN 2022) – I would really love to see a Desert Pines v Durango matchup if for nothing else other than to watch Johnson and Threats on the same floor. Like Threats, Johnson is an athletic, tempo changing, jitterbug that impacts games with his footspeed and defense.
