The 2023 rankings have gotten a refresh in the state of North Carolina. Here’s a look at the talented Top 10 Small Forward prospects in the 2023 class.

Washington has been a top performer on the grassroots stage and in the 9Dime Fall League in Fayetteville, showing off his versatility as a two-way prospect. While he’s listed at the small forward spot, he’s capable of playing the 1-3 position on both ends using his length and high IQ. He’s a prospect D1 colleges need to track now.
