The 2023 rankings in North Carolina have been released following the grassroots scene. Here's a look at Part II of the Stock Risers.

Reese will be a new face in the Greensboro Day rotation to watch after a productive 2019-20 season at Glenn, where he put up 13.4 ppg and 6.4 rpg. He's a versatile prospect at 6-foot-3 that should play a solid role in the Greensboro Day lineup in 2020-21. Winston-Salem State and Shaw have offered him already. 

William OttoWilliamOtto6'3" | SGBroughton | 2023StateNC | 6’1 Guard | Broughton

Otto was a productive piece on the Garner Road 3SSB stage as a shooter and playmaker on the perimeter. He's a combo guard that can adjust to the opponent in front of him and make the most out of any situation. He'll be a name to keep an eye on in this class this season.
