The North Carolina 2023 rankings have gotten an update following the grassroots season. Here’s a look at Part II of the New Faces in the Top 100 Rankings.

Amari OdomAmariOdom6'2" | PGJordan High | 2023StateNC | 6’2 Point Guard | Jordan

Odom had a strong grassroots season alongside Jaybron HarveyJaybronHarvey6'5" | PFSouthern Durham | 2023StateNC with Team HoopState. He showed off his ability to distribute the ball and knock down the 3-ball while also creating off the bounce. He’ll be a name to watch as a bigger contributor on the varsity level in 2020-21 after appearing sparingly as a freshman.

Elijah StrongElijahStrong6'8" | PFMyers Park | 2023StateNC | 6’8 Forward/Center | Myers Park

Strong will lead a strong crop of 2023 prospects in the Myers Park rotation with potential to breakout on the varsity level. He put up 7.3 ppg, 4.0 rpg and 1.0 bpg in 2019-20 in the varsity rotation and had a strong summer showing off his ability to be a presence in the paint on both ends and stretch the floor with his shooting. He’ll be one to watch in the paint and is a new face to track with a versatile skill set at 6-foot-8.
