6’3 Elijah Jamison Elijah Jamison 6'3" | PG Liberty Heights | 2022 State #204 Nation NC | Liberty Heights
Jamison is a prospect in this class due for a big boost after spending the past three seasons at Louisburg where he accumulated 1,979 points, 702 rebounds, 229 assists and 128 steals during his career. He produced 29.7 ppg, 12.3 rpg, 3.8 apg and 2.0 spg as the primary option in their rotation in 2019-20. At Liberty Heights, he’ll have a chance to showcase his stat-sheet stuffing ways against talent on a national level, buy stock. Middle Tennessee, Elon, UNC-Wilmington and Ole Miss have offered.
6’3 Kheni Briggs Kheni Briggs 6'4" | CG The Burlington School | 2022 State NC | AL Brown
Briggs had a productive summer on the grassroots stage with Team EAT, showing off his ability to score in bunches on all three levels while still maintaining a presence on the defensive end. He’s another guard in North Carolina’s 2022 class due for a boost in his recruitment with offers already from North Carolina A&T, East Carolina, Elon and Old Dominion.
6’4 AJ Smith AJ Smith 6'4" | CG Combine Academy | 2022 State NC | Combine Academy
Smith is another strong two-way guard that will see a change of scenery in 2020-21, joining the Combine Academy ranks alongside Robert Dillingham Robert Dillingham 6'2" | CG Donda Academy | 2023 #9 Nation CA-S , Mekhi Grant Mekhi Grant 6'9" | C Word of God | 2023 State NC and others. He’s a prototypical “big guard” that can guard a number of positions on the defensive end given his frame and strength. When given the green light, he’ll score 30 points without taking a jumpshot. He holds offers from Elon, Texas A&M, Hampton, Charlotte, Appalachian State and William & Mary.
6’4 Nayshin Waller Nayshin Waller 6'3" | CG Wayne Country Day | 2023 State NC | Wilson Prep
Waller will be a new face in the Wilson Prep rotation after making waves in 2019-20 at Princeton High School, where he posted 16.6 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 2.5 apg and 2.0 spg as a sophomore. He’s a prospect that keeps coming at you with the ball in his hands and has quite the stroke from 3-point range. He shot 33 percent from 3-point range (28-of-84) this past season. He’ll be one to watch in Wilson Prep’s backcourt.
6’2 Amari Pearson Amari Pearson 6'3" | SF Cape Fear Christian Academy | 2022 State NC | Cape Fear Christian
Pearson is set to turn a corner at Cape Fear Christian Academy given his ability to attack the rim and set the gym on fire with his highlight dunks. He’s developed his jumper as well to go along with his ability to force steals and turn them into highlight reel plays on the offensive end. He’ll be a solid combination alongside Cinque Lemon Cinque Lemon 6'4" | SG Liberty Heights | 2022 State NC .
6’3 Silas Demary Jr Silas Demary Jr 6'4" | CG Combine Academy | 2023 State #114 Nation NC | Millbrook
Demary is an emerging guard prospect that’s deliberate about getting to his spots on the floor when given the ball. He’s good to get rebounds out the rim and get to the rim quickly on the offensive end, making him a fast starter on the break. Look for him to play a big role in the backcourt for Millbrook this season.
6’3 Brent Randleman Brent Randleman 6'3" | CG Piedmont Classical | 2022 State NC | Piedmont Classical
Randleman is a new name at Piedmont Classical after having a productive season at Durham Academy in 2019-20. He’s really emerged as an athletic guard that can rebound in bunches and operate on all three levels, regardless of who is in front of him. He’ll have to adjust a bit at a new location but he should have a solid season in a rotation in need of a lead guard.
6’4 Comeh Emuobor Comeh Emuobor 6'4" | CG Brewster Academy | 2023 State #198 Nation NC | Ravenscroft
Emuobor was a familiar face at Enloe this past season and should play a bigger role at Ravenscroft in 2020-21. He’s a prospect that makes things happen with or without the ball in his hands. Defensively, he flies around for blocks, rebounds and steals, looking to make an impact in all facets of the game. He’s also quite versatile, given his size and length.
6’3 Chase Lowe Chase Lowe 6'4" | SF Weddington | 2022 State NC | Weddington
Lowe is a double-double machine in the backcourt at Weddington. He posted nine as a sophomore while averaging 16.3 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 4.5 apg, 2.4 apg and 1.0 bpg in 2019-20. He’s due for a breakout junior season as a threat in the paint. He also averaged 2.6 offensive boards per game, showing he can be a presence on the boards as well. Look out for him.
6’3 Nolan Hodge Nolan Hodge 6'6" | SF Northern Guilford | 2022 State NC | Northern Guilford
Hodge is an emerging scorer and playmaker in the backcourt at Northern Guilford. He put up 14.3 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 2.7 apg and 1.5 spg as a sophomore in 2019-20, turning heads as a guard that can make things happen when he’s on the floor. He shot 39 percent (48-of-123) from behind the arc while shooting 45 percent from the field as a breakout in the rotation. He recently earned his first DI offer from Duquesne last month with Old Dominion following that up.
