Djems Narcisse II | 5-11 | West Orange
The 2023 guard made it rain during the final game of the day. Narcisse lit it up from beyond the arc, hitting the three-ball with ease. Although he’s sub-6’0”, his height didn’t get in the way of his hustle. Narcisse played solid defense to go along with his sharp-shooting. Has the potential to be a sleeper as the years go by.
Al-Pierre Jerome | 6-9 | Montverde
This 2023 forward has the makings to be a solid post player for years to come. Has a large frame that’s hard to score around if you’re on offense. If you’re on defense, you want to try and double-team him, because he as the ability to throw it down on your head if you allow it. Definitely a guy to look out for over the next three seasons.
Jakwon Morris | 6-0 | Deerfield Beach
Morris made a living in the paint at the 250, using his stocky frame to create space and rise up for easy scores. The 2023 guard knows how to use his body to make defenders uncomfortable, and demonstrated that he can finish in traffic with the best of them. A solid slasher to the rim, Morris made an impact on the court whenever he touched it.
Stone Bureau Stone Bureau 6'0" | PG Calvary Christian Academy, Ft. Lauderdale | 2024 State FL | 6-0 | Suncoast
The lone freshman in this Standouts piece, Stone showed his ability to hit the three, particularly from the corner. The 2024 guard knows how to play exceptional on-ball defense, and is disciplined enough to know how much to use his hands in order to not rack up unnecessary fouls. On the drive, albeit just six-feet-even, he can get up and block shots with the best of them. It was a quality showing from Stone on the day.
Dominic Sarigumba | 5-8 | Calvary Christian
Short in stature, but not in heart, this sophomore guard absolutely lit it up from three in his second game of the day. He was hitting from college-level range, at that. He’s a fiery one, never let himself get beat defensively despite his lack of height. With three years left to grow into his own, I’d imagine him becoming one of their main scorers when his time REALLY comes.
