Day 2 of The War Before The Storm served as a platform for players to show off their skill sets before the high school season begins. In this showcase 3 players displayed game changing skills that’ll be high on their scouting reports. Whether a new or established these players used that skill to improve their stock this weekend.

The distributor role looks good on one of Texas 2023 proven scorers. He’s mixing his creativity with his court vision and turning them into much needed assists to his teammates. PB Nation allows him to drive the offense from the wing when he’s not playing lead guard.

Kel’el Ware

Ware of All Arkansas-Red has a knack for cleaning up his team’s messes. At 6-11 he has the timing and size to be an offensive rebound magnet. That combination of ability has turned out three of the best putback dunks of the event in a single 8 am game. As his activity level advances, expect the volume of those buckets to expand.
