The first rankings of the 2020-2021 school year were released earlier today by Prep Hoops Louisiana for the 2022 class. While most of the order was not changed, there was some movement within the top 10.

The top five remained relatively the same with one new addition. Solomon WashingtonSolomonWashington6'7" | PFCarver | 2022StateLA has entered the top 5 after completing one of the best summers a prep could have.  He put the rest of the top five on notice that he will be a force to be reckoned with when the high school season picks up.  Percy DanielsPercyDaniels6'8" | PFMadison Prep | 2022StateLA is still the top rated player in the class followed by Labree WilliamsLabreeWilliams6'6" | SFCalvary Baptist | 2022State#172NationLA, Kyran RatliffKyranRatliff6'8" | PFWashington | 2022State#175NationLA, and Washington’s Carver teammate Dorian FinisterDorianFinister6'5" | SFCarver | 2022StateLA

While this class is top heavy with a lot of potential Division I talent, the rest of the rankings are filled with players who are waiting to breakout after playing some during their high school season and little to none this summer.  Watch out for players such as Lance WaddlesLanceWaddles6'2" | CGLoyola College Prep | 2022StateLA (Evangel Christian Academy), Dezmond PerkinsDezmondPerkins6'4" | SFMadison Prep | 2022StateLA (Madison Prep), Patrick McCraneyPatrickMcCraney6'0" | CGNeville | 2022StateLA (Neville), and J’Michael GrayJ’MichaelGray6'0" | PGFranklin | 2022StateLA
