Big Shots hosted the “Rock The Rock” tournament last weekend in SC and the event was full of talent . We already took a glance at the 15U division so let’s take a look at some of the standouts from 17U.

NC Blazers 2021 Guard Daylen Askew: His stock is quickly rising and college coaches should be giving him a call sooner than later ! He led the 17U Orange division in scoring averaging just under 27 Points a game, scoring the ball in all types of ways. He’s crafty, has a smooth jumper, can finish above the rim and gets to his spots well.

24 Elite 2021 Guard Makoa SurigaoMakoaSurigao6'1" | CGLaney | 2021StateNC: His team didn’t see a ton of success over the weekend, finishing 1-2 but he was a bright spot for the team. Scoring wise he found his rhythm in the final two games, averaging 18 in those matchups and scoring the ball on multiple levels.
