NC Blazers 2021 Guard Daylen Askew: His stock is quickly rising and college coaches should be giving him a call sooner than later ! He led the 17U Orange division in scoring averaging just under 27 Points a game, scoring the ball in all types of ways. He’s crafty, has a smooth jumper, can finish above the rim and gets to his spots well.
24 Elite 2021 Guard Makoa Surigao Makoa Surigao 6'2" | CG EA Laney | 2021 State NC : His team didn’t see a ton of success over the weekend, finishing 1-2 but he was a bright spot for the team. Scoring wise he found his rhythm in the final two games, averaging 18 in those matchups and scoring the ball on multiple levels.
Big Shots Elite 2021 Wing BJ Freeman BJ Freeman 6'6" | SF Moravian Prep | 2021 State NC : MM programs have already offered and he showed why this weekend, putting together some dominant performances throughout. He’s one of those players that can fill it up scoring wise but also is outstanding rebounding the ball. Last season at Clayton HS he put up big time numbers and will look to take on a new challenge at Moravian Prep this year.
C/O 2023 Guard Robert Dillingham Robert Dillingham 6'2" | CG Donda Academy | 2023 #9 Nation CA-S : Any time you have a player that is in the 10th grade and is playing on the 17U level, you have to be impressed. Not only is he playing with the older level but he was solid performance wise, scoring and facilitating at a nice rate.
Carolina Riptide 2021 Wing Jacob Morgan Jacob Morgan 6'6" | SF Moravian Prep | 2021 State NC : One of the first things that you notice about him is the energy and enthusiasm that he plays the game with. He’s constantly working inside the paint for rebounds, diving for loose balls and fighting for positioning in the post. Skillset wise he’s solid, he can score the ball well and has a nice feel for the game.
