In an effort to provide new and unique ways to cover prospects, we thought it would be important to give some coverage to those that might not always get it. To do that, we will be digging deep into each conference in the state.

After our series of articles on the Class of 2021 who should be valued, we now shift our attention to those in the Class of 2022 and those that need to be on the radar of college coaches. 

We will continue to go through each conference to try and hit as many players as possible with the hopes of helping these juniors the attention of prospective college coaches.

There is plenty of reasons to think Ballard will be back contending for a Class 3A state title next year. The Bombers, who went 19-8 and finished fourth last winter, return the likes of Ashton HermannAshtonHermann6'3" | SGBallard | 2022StateIA to the fold.

Hermann, a Class of 2022 prospect, scored 425 points with 53 made three-pointers. He shot over 48 percent from the field and also pulled in 94 rebounds while dishing out 56 assists and recording 76 steals.
