Breakdown: The class of 2023 is setup to be a really good class for the state of Indiana. With regards to the post position in 2023, it’s not particularly deep yet. Still solid with legit size like Luke Burgess Luke Burgess 6'8" | C New Palestine | 2023 IN , Dylan Watson Dylan Watson 6'9" | C Castle | 2023 State IN , and Jacob Cherry Jacob Cherry 6'9" | C Eastern-Pekin | 2023 State IN but will be interesting if anyone can catchup to our #1 in Burgess. The two-sport athlete is pretty developed with his game in the post and has size and strength pretty early on. Watson is the closest to his overall size but Luke has an advantage in how developed he is. Jacob Cherry Jacob Cherry 6'9" | C Eastern-Pekin | 2023 State IN and James Stasey James Stasey 6'9" | C Fishers | 2023 State IN are similar in their build as thin, lanky post players. Both are pretty mobile, James being a little more so, but Cherry looks like he could be a standout sooner rather than later.
