The Pangos All-West Camp tipped off a couple weekends back in St. George, Utah and featured some of the top talent on the west coast and some sleeper prospects whose performances at the event raised their stock.

While I was not able to be physically in attendance at the Nets on Fire facility, I caught most of the action via the BallerTV livestream and will go through a long list of top performers, sleepers and stock raisers from the camp. Below is my third set of top performers.

Damion McDowellDamionMcDowell6'6" | PFSt. Bernard | 2021State, 2021, St. Bernard (CA) - McDowell, who committed to Rice in the spring, is a jack-of-all-trades type of prospect who isn’t afraid of doing the dirty work to help his team win. The 6-foot-6 forward changes ends of the floor well in transition, has great hands and touch around the basket, and can step out and knock down a 15-foot face-up jumper. McDowell’s next-level ready skills are his rebounding and ability to guard multiple positions.

Devon Barnes, 2021, St. Frances Academy (MD) - Barnes has great scoring feel at the point guard position and is especially effective with his jump shot. The 6-foot-1 senior gets to his spots
