The summer basketball season was a great opportunity to see a handful of new and overlooked prospects in the class of 2021. The updated Nebraska 2021 Rankings expanded the list by 30 prospects from 75 to the top 105! These are the 8 new names that land within the top 50 of the updated rankings.

Jengmer is a massive 6’9 center from Grand Island Central Catholic that averaged 9.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game. He is a true post player that uses his size to take up space and hold down the paint on both ends of the floor. Jengmer still has a lot of room to improve and become more agile, but he has division one size and already makes a huge impact on the game. 

Luke SkarLukeSkar6'5" | PFOmaha Skutt | 2021StateNE

Skar is an interior scorer that was a big contributor for the class B state champions Skutt Skyhawks. This summer he stood out in multiple games with Hoffman Hoops with stretches of dominate post play. He has a wide range of moves on the interior to create space and can score with touch on fall aways and post hooks. Skutt lost key contributors
