Dei Jengmer Dei Jengmer 6'9" | C Grand Island Central Catholic | 2021 State NE
Jengmer is a massive 6’9 center from Grand Island Central Catholic that averaged 9.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game. He is a true post player that uses his size to take up space and hold down the paint on both ends of the floor. Jengmer still has a lot of room to improve and become more agile, but he has division one size and already makes a huge impact on the game.
Luke Skar Luke Skar 6'5" | PF Omaha Skutt | 2021 State NE
Skar is an interior scorer that was a big contributor for the class B state champions Skutt Skyhawks. This summer he stood out in multiple games with Hoffman Hoops with stretches of dominate post play. He has a wide range of moves on the interior to create space and can score with touch on fall aways and post hooks. Skutt lost key contributors from their championship team, but Skar will be doing what he can to defend their title in his senior year.
Justin Sitti Justin Sitti 6'3" | PG Creighton Prep | 2021 State NE
Sitti is an athletic point guard that averaged 7.6 points, 3.8 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.7 steals during his junior season at Creighton Prep. He can initate an offense, distribute with good vision, cut hard, and find space off the ball to score. He is also a solid defender that can guard multiple positions on the wing. Sitti impressed with Team Factory this summer and looks ready to lead Creighton Prep in his final season.
Izaiah Pankoke-Johnson Izaiah Pankoke-Johnson 6'1" | SG Norris | 2021 State NE
Pankoke-Johnson is a combo guard that scores efficiently and makes plays in transition. He scrambles for loose balls on defense and quickly gets the ball going the other way on the fast break. In the half court, he can get deep into the paint to collapse the defense and kick to shooters or find baseline cutters for layups. Pankoke-Johnson averaged 11.2 points and 3.4 rebounds per game as a junior for Norris.
Quinn Frost Quinn Frost 6'0" | CG Gretna | 2021 State NE
Frost lost part of his junior year to injury, but came back to play 13 games and average 2.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.3 assist in a limited role. He is a combo guard that plays under control, makes smart decisions, and has vision as a passer. This summer, Frost ran the offense and controlled the pace for the OSA Crusaders. He is also good spot up shooter from three and has touch around the basket. Frost will step into a lead role with Gretna this season and see his statistical production go way up.
Taveon Thompson Taveon Thompson 6'4" | PF Lincoln Southeast | 2021 NE
Thompson is a strong post player that can defend on the perimeter, interior, and rebound at a high rate. As a junior, he averaged 8.7 points and 5.0 rebounds per game. Thompson can attack the basket from the perimeter or bury his matchup under the rim for lay ins. This summer for OSA he stood out with his energy and versatility on both ends of the floor.
Derek Merwick Derek Merwick 5'10" | PG Elkhorn South | 2021 State NE
Merwick is a quick ball handler that transferred to Elkhorn South for his junior year but only got to play in 7 games due to a transfer rule. He averaged 1.6 points per game in very limited minutes. This summer, Merwick looked like a complete point guard for Hoffman Hoops. He has a tight handle on the ball, is difficult for defenders to stay in front of, and can create shots for himself and teammates at a high level. He also looks like he’s grown an inch or two and been getting stronger.
Dawson Mohr Dawson Mohr 6'3" | CG IMG Academy | 2021 State NE
Mohr is a lights out shooter and combo guard. He averaged 17 points per game and lead Scottbluffs to the state tournament and a 25-4 record as a junior. This summer he stood out for the OSA Crusaders with his ability to score from all three levels and with deep range. He is a solid ball handler that can make plays in transition and create shots for himself off the dribble.
