Many high school athletes put everything they have into their sport. Michigan high school basketball is filled with players that deserve to celebrate the work that they put in. This being Labor Day, we will look at 6 hard working players in Michigan.
This is the 3rd annual Labor Day Special. Take a look at our previous installments here:

Labor Day Special: Hard Workers
Bennie Crenshaw Bennie Crenshaw 5'10" | PG Waterford Kettering | 2021 State MI (2021, PG, Waterford Kettering)
Crenshaw hasn’t always existed as a star player in the state. Crenshaw created himself with hard work in the gym. The high scoring floor general is known for his ability to take over and control a game.
Legend Geeter Legend Geeter 6'7" | PF River Rouge | 2021 State MI (2021, F, River Rouge)
Geeter is a perfect fit in the age of positionless basketball, simply because he can basically play every spot on the floor. This wasn’t a born right of his to be that versatile. Geeter has tirelessly sacrificed to continuously expand his skill set and become the player we get to watch today.
Kareem Rozier (2022, PG, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s)
Rozier will never be out hustled on a basketball court. His team will never lose a game because he didn’t hit the floor for a loose ball. Rozier is THAT guy. The guy that will scrap, bruise, and bleed in order to help his team get a W.
Brady Titus Brady Titus 5'10" | PG Tri-Unity Christian | 2022 State MI (2022, PG, Tri-Unity Christian)
Titus has been perpetually underrated since his freshman season. How do you shake off the doubters and get a D1 offer like he recently did? By continuously working on your craft and improving. Titus plays hard and downhill, always pressuring his opponent.
Chuck Bailey III (2023, PG, Birmingham Groves)
Bailey III will end his high school days as one of the best players in the state? How do I know? Because, where is he right now? I’ll bet he’s in a gym when he sees this article. Bailey III doesn’t push out highlight films, he makes future highlights in a quiet gym when nobody is watching.
Tyler Jamison Tyler Jamison 6'4" | SF Port Huron Northern | 2023 State MI (2023, SF, Port Huron Northern)
This young man is fun to watch, especially without the ball. I like the way he works and continues to move and find space. With this type of effort, Jamison has a bright future ahead of him in the game of basketball.
