Milos Uzan Milos Uzan 6'4" | PG Dream City Christian | 2022 State #60 Nation AZ 6’3 PG Desert Pines 2022 (#1PHN 2022) – Uzan is one of the top PG’s on the west coast, he brings a ton of momentum as well as a sick handle and X-ray court vision. He recently picked up another offer from Arizona St University.
Jaxson Kohler 6’8 PF American Fork (#2PHN 2022) – Yea, I know Jaxson is moving back to Utah, but until the new rankings come out I’m going to think of him as a local guy. The 6’8 forward has an arsenal of moves that he can use to score with his back to the basket. Big guys usually don’t touch the ball as much in Camp settings, which is why his ability to get it off the backboard is huge.
Joshua Jefferson Joshua Jefferson 6'8" | PF Liberty | 2022 State #158 Nation NV 6’7 PF Liberty 2022 (#3PHN 2022) – Speaking of getting it off the backboard, there’s Jefferson. Like Kohler, Jefferson has a terrific back to the basket game. Should be a lot of fun watching him go up against some of the other top 4’s at the camp.
Anthony Swift Anthony Swift 6'6" | SF Desert Pines | 2021 #189 Nation CA-S 6’7 PF Desert Pines 2021 (#5PHN 2021) – I have Swift tagged as one of my camp sleepers. He plays with such a high motor, that it’s very unlikely his effort and energy doesn’t have an impact on the game. Defensively I expect that his ability to switch and hedge ballscreens should give him an advantage over less versatile 4 men.
AJ Storr AJ Storr 6'6" | SF IMG Academy post grad | 2022 State #119 Nation FL 6’6 SF Bishop Gorman 2022 – I’ve fallen in love with Storr’s game since this summer. Good R&J athlete, with a variety of skills. The Midwest transplant has an opportunity to announce his presence in the west coast with authority this weekend.
Aaron Price Aaron Price 6'7" | PF Liberty | 2022 State NV 6’7 PF Liberty 2022 (#14PHN 2022) – Price is a good R&J athlete currently in the process of translating his game to the perimeter. This seems like the perfect setting for him to show off his new found ball skills and wing play ability.
Christian Bento Christian Bento 6'11" | C Bishop Gorman | 2021 NV 6’11 C Bishop Gorman 2021 (#38PHN 2021) – If ever there was a time for Bento to display the progress he has made, this would be it. The almost 7 foot center can impact a game with his length and rim protection. The question remains can he move enough to keep up with some of the top athletes at his position? We’ll find out this weekend for sure.
Ethan Speaker Ethan Speaker 6'6" | SF Boulder City | 2021 State NV 6’6 SF Boulder City 2021(#7PHN 2021) (featured image) – So excited to watch Speaker this weekend. This is the perfect opportunity for the 6’6 wing to show the rest of the West Coast what the state of Nevada has known for some time. Speaker is a multi-level scorer with tremendous athletic ability, could be a coming out party for him this weekend.
Daniel Rouzan Daniel Rouzan 6'8" | PF Bishop Gorman | 2021 CA-S 6’7 PF Bishop Gorman 2022 (#13PHN 2023) – Rouzan is a skilled 4 man. The question for him is pretty straightforward, can he keep up with some of the other big time athletes at his position ? If the answer is yes this weekend, then expect his stock to rise.
Donavon Webster Donavon Webster 6'4" | SG Cheyenne | 2022 State NV 6’2 SG Cheyenne 2022 (#8PHN 2022) – This is the perfect spot for Webster. Last time I saw him in a camp setting was at the fall WODE event and he showed out. His strongest attribute is his ability to finish in transition, if he gets out and plays hard, I expect him to make a couple of explosive plays to open some eyes.
