Point Guard – B.J. Ward 6’0″ Chaminade: The talented point guard was one of the top young prospects in the camp. He knows how to control the offense with his passing and ability to create for others. He is physically strong and can break down defenders off the dribble and apply good on-ball pressure defense. His 3-point shooting is also a strong suit.
Wing: Jack Fessenden 6’2″ Troy: A talented guard who was a very skilled ball handler and offensive player. He had a very impressive spin move in the lane which I really liked as he was quick and under control with it. He had several smooth takes off the dribble to score in the lane to go along with his ability to shoot from the perimeter.
Wing: Grant Fridley 6’0″ Wesclin (IL): A very solid guard from the Illinois side who showed well with his ability to make good decisions as a ball handler and passer. He shot the ball well from 3-point range and also hit a number of short mid-range jumpers off the catch.
Forward: Jervon Ford 6’4″ CBC: A long and slender wing who was one of the most impressive young prospects at the camp. He checked the boxes as an offensive player with his ability to handle the ball, pass it and shoot from 3-point range. His court vision was excellent and he had some very nice coast to coast drives for buckets.
Forward: Nathan Bobikiewicz 6’5″ Wentzville Liberty: A skilled combo forward who had a very productive evening. He is a very solid scorer and rebounder around the basket, but he can also stretch the defense with his 3-point shooting. He also scored on some strong baseline drives to the basket.
