Specifically he had 15 from CA, 10 teams from AZ, 5 from Washington, 3 from Las Vegas, 2 from New Mexico and 1 from Colorado in the 16 and 17U divisions.
Here were some of the 2021 talent I watched:
Jackson Grant Jackson Grant 6'10" | PF Olympia | 2021 State #78 Nation WA Olympia (Washington Supreme UAA)
-The Washington commit is highly skilled with great length. He can face-up from mid to the 3pt line and he rebounds at a high level. He swats away many balls as he is very fluid as an athlete. He can also play above the rim.
Malik Thomas SG 6’3 Damien (Team Build Up)
-The USC commit was the top senior guard at the event. He can score it from all 3 levels and is extremely strong scoring through traffic. His body, strength, shooting range and overall skill makes him a tough cover.
Tyson Degenhart Tyson Degenhart 6'7" | SF Mt. Spokane | 2021 State #144 Nation WA Mount Spokane (Washington Supreme UAA) (Pictured)
-My personal MOP of the event is tough, skilled and efficient. He can shoot it to the 3pt line and can score it with his back to the basket with hook shots and being really crafty around the rim. The Boise State commit looks to be a nice get with his all-around play going 4-0 in a tough bracket with Arsenal, Gamepoint and Vegas Elite.
Zaon Collins Zaon Collins 6'0" | PG Bishop Gorman | 2021 #37 Nation NV Bishop Gorman (Vegas Elite EYBL 17)
-The UNLV commit is a BLUR. He is one of the faster end to end players on the West Coast. He is the quintessential pure PG always looking to set up his teammates. He is elite in transition with his breakneck track speed and then finds anyone all over the court and is a terrific alley-oop thrower. He is super fast with quick hands on the ball with impressive lateral quickness. He is a capable deep shooter but can makes strides in college.
Arthur Kaluma Arthur Kaluma 6'7" | PF Dream City Christian | 2021 State #38 Nation AZ Dream City Christian (Vegas Elite EYBL 17)
-A natural scorer from all 3 levels who made it look easy in every outing. His perimeter shooting was clicking this weekend and he is a bully getting downhill. He can create any shot he wants with an impressive handle and once he gets near the rim he can bounce off of defenders and take a bump to score. He plays above the rim on the break and had some powerful dunks in the four games.
John Christofilis John Christofilis 6'4" | SG O'Dea | 2021 State #185 Nation WA O’Dea (Washington Supreme UAA)
-It has been awhile since I have seen a better shooter then him. He has that Joe Harris type of game. Maybe a little smaller version and not as versatile on defense. But that stroke of his is picture perfect. He gets high elevation and squares perfectly to the basket every attempt. He has a sneaky quick first step with good court awareness.
Isaiah Broady Isaiah Broady 6'8" | PF AZ Compass Prep | 2021 State AZ Chandler (Firestorm)
-Another top natural scorer that does most of his damage from the perimeter. He has deep range and can go on his own personal runs scoring the ball. He plays way above the rim on the break and can cross his man over and rise up from mid-range. He also is blocking shots and rebounding more than every before. He has been one of the most impressive players in the past month.
