Shelton Flanigan 6’6 St. Louis Blazers: A skilled combo forward from Miller Career Academy who brought front court productivity to a team full of talented guards. He is a very good rebounder and inside scorer, but he was also very comfortable putting the ball on the floor and hitting perimeter jumpers.
Cashius Howell 6’4 Marcus Denmon Elite: The combo forward from Rockhurst is a excellent prospect on the football field, but he was impressive on the basketball court as a glue guy with a high motor. He’s physical and he rebounds and defends multiple positions at a high level. He will make an open 3-pointer and throw down a put back dunk.
Collin Parker 6’7 Missouri Elite: A very skilled combo forward from Montgomery County who showcased his versatility throughout the summer. He is a finesse player in the post with a nice shooting touch inside, buthe also displayed Stretch 4 capability with his 3-point shooting prowess. He also showed some deft handles in the open court.
Drake Stevenson Drake Stevenson 6'5" | SF Fort Zumwalt North | 2021 State MO 6’6 Arsenal Hoops: A very good all-purpose player from Fort Zumwalt North who was an ideal glue-guy with his ability to help his team in a lot of different ways. He is a good post defender with his size and he can facilitate offense with his passing ability. He is a solid rebounder who will also step out and hit the Corner 3. Whatever the team needs, he is able to provide and do it at a very high and unselfish level.
Devin Tomlinson 6’6 Team YOBO: A big-bodied Stretch 4 from Park Hill South who can really shoot the basketball from long distance. On a team with a dominant inside force in O’mar Stanley, Tomlinson kept the floor spaced for him with his perimeter shooting. He could also pass the ball and help direct traffic on offense. He was also big and strong enough to play defense in the post very effectively.
Eli Wingert Eli Wingert 6'8" | PF Blue Springs | 2021 State MO 6’8 Team YOBO (pictured): A skilled power forward from Blue Springs who displayed plenty of athleticism and versatility throughout the summer. I saw him make a strong dribble move to the basket and finish with a dunk on more than one occasion while being able to knock down open 3-pointers. He also had some impressive blocked shots where he was swatting balls right off the square.
