Team FLY won the title game in the Blue Division thanks to the play of backcourt mates Jamarien Dalton Jamarien Dalton 6'2" | CG North Davidson | 2021 State NC and Tedric Jenkins Tedric Jenkins 5'10" | PG North Davidson | 2021 State NC , who combined for 42 points in the victory. Jalen Moss finished with 12 points as well. Dalton and Jenkins led the way in the division in total points with 67 and 66, respectively, to lead the way to the championship. Jenkins also finished tied for third in the division with seven made 3-pointers.
Kadyn Dawkins Kadyn Dawkins 5'9" | CG Eastern Guilford | 2021 State NC , Daniel Cooper Daniel Cooper 6'4" | SF Grimsley | 2021 State NC and Jaden Ellis Jaden Ellis 6'1" | CG Page | 2021 State NC were an impressive trio for Team COBRAS as they made it all the way to the Blue Division title game before falling by two points. Dawkins dropped 26 points including seven 3-pointers in the game and led the division with 11 made 3-pointers. He averaged 15.5 ppg for Team COBRAS.
Cooper went off for 14 points against SC Ballers Elite and was consistent getting to the rim for his squad. He posted 8.3 ppg at Big Shots Rock the Rock. Ellis showed off his athleticism and developing 3-point stroke while posting 9.3 ppg.
Jaxon Ellingsworth Jaxon Ellingsworth 6'8" | PF West Carteret | 2022 State NC , Khouri Carvey Khouri Carvey 6'9" | C Community Christian Academy | 2022 State NC and Tychaun Clay Tychaun Clay 5'10" | PG Hunt | 2022 NC were another trio that impressed with Crusaders Basketball. Carvey and Clay are only members of the 2022 class playing up and getting some experience against older players.
Gillikin is a gritty guard prospect that gets after it on both ends. He put up 16 points against Team FLY and 17 points against Virginia Havoc. Clay is an explosive guard that likes to get downhill and attack the paint. He posted 15.0 ppg and finished sixth in the Blue Division in total points (45).
Carvey is a 6-foot-8 prospect that can run the floor, rebound and protect the rim. As he learns to keep up with the speed of the game, he’s a forward prospect to keep eyes on.
Jalen Walker Jalen Walker 6'5" | CG GRACE Christian | 2021 State NC is an emerging wing prospect with UC27 Carolina Dreamchasers with tremendous upside. He put up 11.3 ppg in their three games at Rock the Rock including 23 points in their final game, a victory over SC Ballers Elite. He’s an athletic wing prospect at 6-foot-5 that competes on both ends.
Jonathan Foust was a name that turned heads with the Randolph County Kings. He’s a 6-foot-4 forward that’s relentless getting rebounds off the rim and finishing in the paint. He led the Yellow Division with 69 total points while averaging 23.0 ppg.
Trey Barker was another top performer in the Yellow Division, especially shooting the 3-ball. He led the way for Triangle Flight with 15.3 ppg and finished second in the division with eight made 3-pointers.
