Even after a huge season at McEachern, Cam McDowell was criminally under ranked. He continued to earn his stripes this offseason and sees a 29-spot jump. McDowell is a fierce competitor with highlight bounce. He’s a pitbull getting to the basket and can wreak havoc defensively.

White has a knack for scoring the ball. He doesn’t rely on freakish athleticism or height, instead he hangs his hat on hard work. That work has shown as the three-level scorer will be in the race for the Georgia scoring title his senior season.

It truly was a meteoric rise for Mannie Harris. Coming off of an explosive season at Mitchell County, the Thrilla from Camilla took advantage of the big stage and consistently poured in the points for AC Georgia. Harris has all the measurables coveted at the D-I level with the intangibles to boot. Schools of all levels have checked in with Harris with Mid-Majors fighting hard for his services. Harris will be the most feared offensive player in the state at the Class A-Public level.

looked reinvigorated with Team Huncho, showing off his scoring and playmaking. In Norcross’ season-ending loss to Grayson, it was Harris who came to play and performed as well as possible. He kept his same aggressive mindset and attacked defenses over the summer using electric moves when getting downhill and of course lighting it up from deep.

is snowballing into a premier player in Class A-Private. The long-armed swingman was dynamic offensively, drawing offers from the D-I and D-II levels. When Harper stays aggressive, he can pile up the points in a hurry. He’s smooth when attacking the rim and has elite lift when finishing. Harper’s silky jump shot works from the mid-range out to the three-point line. Harper provides help on the glass and can earn deflections and alter shots defensively. Harper is blossoming at the right time, up 81 spots.

He cemented himself as a legitimate D-I prospect with his physicality and well-rounded scoring touch. He’s got an easy three-point shot but also a strong first step that can help him get to the rim and finish through contact. Hrdlicka can play 1-5 at the high school level and will likely swing to the point guard position this upcoming season at Glynn Academy.

won this offseason helped raise his stock immensely. Not many players in Georgia hit the glass harder than Smart or compete as well as he does. He anchored Savannah Select before jumping to AC Georgia where he continued his strong work inside. Smart can steal minutes on the perimeter and attack off the dribble but at the high school level, there’s not many that can keep pace with him in the paint.

Chris Cole Chris Cole 6'6" | SG Brookwood | 2021 State GA jumped on an offer from Morehead State early in the Summer. He’s a toolsy player with great length and leaping ability. He’s smooth for his size when getting into the paint and is a nuisance on the glass and defensively. Cole has a ton of potential and he is just now starting to scratch the surface.
